Grants are available for accessibility repairs up to $5,000.

Eligibility requirements include:

• Household income below $64,000.00
• Home is assessed at or below $275,000.00
• Household asset limit must not exceed $50,000.00
• Home must be located in the Parry Sound District
• Household must not have received financing from Native or Rural Housing or any other government funding in the last 5 years
• Home insurance and property taxes must be paid up to date
• One household member must have a verification letter from a healthcare professional (Occupational Therapist) to confirm their need
• All household members must have their income taxes filed and up to date
• All household members must be Canadian citizens
• Required to provide 3 quotes for the work
